The treks include intermediate stops where it is possible to stop and return to the starting point. Depending on the stops, the levels can be easy, intermediate and difficult.
In addition to trekking, additional activities are planned, such as the show cooking held by chef Maurizio Tait just below the magnificent scenery of the Pale di San Martino.

Every day: preparatory gymnastics sessions in the morning, personalized individual postural discharge sessions in the evening.
